When hiring a Anesthesiologist, you need someone quick on their feet, fast decision makers, and to always do their best. Always, when hiring anyone, you would want them to start their new job in no less than 2 weeks. When it comes to Anesthesiology, the sooner the better. The new Anesthesiologist must be good with the patients also. They also must be physically active for long periods of time, and not get tired quickly. New employees must be willing to travel, work any shift, night and day. They  must also be organized, control machines, read medical charts, and many more things.
